Are coaching sessions in-person, virtual or over the phone?

 

I use Zoom, Google Meet or phone call (whatever is most convenient for you).  I love to see my clients face-to-face, but if you want to have your session while on a walk, that works for me!

Are our weekly sessions with a group, or 1 on 1?

 

All of our meetings are 1 on 1 sessions.  I want to make sure each session is personalized for you.

 

What if I have a question in between sessions, do I have to wait until I see you to get them answered?

Definitely not!  I am your support partner during the entire coaching program.  You can email me with any questions you have and I will get back to you ASAP!

How much do your coaching programs cost?

 

My coaching programs start at $1,350.  For single session consultations, please inquire about pricing.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

Venmo, Quickpay (Zelle) and Credit Card.

I see you specialize in plant-based nutrition, are you still able to help me lose weight if I eat meat?

 

YES!  Most of my clients eat animal products and that is totally fine.  I work with you to incorporate more plants into your overall diet to reach your weight loss and health goals.

 

I’ve tried many diets before and just can’t seem to lose weight and stick to one thing, how is your program different?

 

My nutrition program is not a diet.  I teach and guide you towards making adjustments to your current diet & lifestyle that are simple, easy and sustainable.  My approach allows you to feel balanced, in control of your eating decisions and never deprived of the foods you love.
