YOGA
My yoga practice has evolved over the years to include not only the physical practice, but also the spiritual and mental components as well.  I use yoga on a daily basis as a tool to manage stress and help my clients do the same.
 
I focus on breath control to support movement and stability with a deep emphasize on the body and mind connection.

I truly believe if you trust your body, it will never let you down.


Private Session Schedule:
Tuesdays           6:30am ET
Wednesday       7:00am ET
Thursday            7:00am ET

All sessions are 60-minutes and done over Zoom.
